Customer Service Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will possess a deep understanding of our products and services, allowing you to assist customers in making informed decisions. In this role, you will handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining and updating accurate customer account information. You will document all customer interactions and the actions taken to resolve any issues they may encounter. If a complex issue arises, you will escalate it to the appropriate department or supervisor for a timely resolution. Additionally, gathering feedback from customers will be part of your responsibilities to help the company identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
